I may be on my quest but I still will take time out for a good bump any time!
I tried to add a site I like it says no site name but if you click on it , it will take you to that site. I just can't figure out how to get the name in there .

AIRBUS
You got to like the name! It's about a new airplane called airbus!

I know this road that it turns to the left but the old road turns to the right takes you down a hill, you go down by the river where it gets flat then just a head is the old railroad tracks. I seen motorcycles, cars and even pickups hit the tracks, and got all four tires off the road........Even been in one or two.....

Anyone ready for a ride? We don't need a plane to make this ride an Air Bus!

These are a few facts that I already know about my quest.
My Grandpa Charles died of a heart attack.
My Grandma Molly died by killing herself. She jumped off a bridge.
My dad is the youngest of 11. He had a twin brother who died at birth.
My dad always said that his twin brother would tell him things.
(more on that later)
I only know one of my dads brothers and one of his sisters, I only knew names of 4 others........
I have never been to Grandpa and Grandma's grave side......
There has never been a reunion on my dads side of the family...

I will call my sister tonight and make plans to go to the cemetry........
I do not understand why I started this quest, I know I have started it and so know I will let it contine..........

After posting this I thought I had forgot something and I did.
When doing family trees I would write my name in its block my parents name in theres. When it was time for the next generation I would just write grandpa and grandma. When asked about it I would reply that side of the family has a few broken branches.

I talked to my sister tonight, I called her to find out some family information.
My grandparents on my dad's side of the family pasted away when I was young. I don't remeber ever going to the cemetery to visit there graves.
Tonight I learned there names for the first time and the dates of there deaths
Granpa was Charles died in 1969 Grandma was Mary Elizabeth she liked to be called Molly died in 1970. I found out tonight for the firlst time, where they are buried at. I have made plans to go with my sister to this cemetery to see my grandparents! I find it a little strange that I am just know learning this stuff,
I have a cousin on my dads side, her name is Christie I have seen her before.
She has traced our family history to when we came to the United States, I don't know if we were on the Mayflower or another ship that sailed with the Mayflower. My quest is to journey to the cemetery and see my grandparents
in honor of Memorial Day.

My little war with the birds continues...
This weekend I drove some of the track teams to the state track meet.
On our way there I saw it , but there was nothing that could be done.
There was this bird on the shoulder of the road as I was getting closer it took off to fly. It didn't get high enough, fast enough. Flew right into the front grill on the bus. It's the war first casualty.

Later after we had returnded while I was doing my final log for the bus I remebered the bird so I went out to look and there it was dead and stuck in the grill of the bus. I put on some gloves and grabbed a bag and I cleaned the bird off the bus and thought about putting it in the dumpster. Then I thought this is war and it is dead so I went out back, walked down to the tree line and I buried it. My wars first casualty,

It's another poets day. That's right put off every thing tomorrow Sat.
It was a foggy morning and I was driving down by the river were the fog is at it's worse. I'm slowing down because I have seen a lot of deer around here.
I kept looking for my four legged friends and did not see any. All of a sudden there was a thud under the right tire. I thought what did I just run over, I couldn't see anything behind me so I stopped and opened the door....
The smell hit me and I knew I didn't need to look.....That's right a dead skunk!

Crossin the higheway late last night
he shoulda looked left and he shoulda looked right
he didn't see the station wagon car
the skunk got squashed and there you are!

It did stink on the outside much but everytime you got back in you could smell it! There is dead bugs on the windshield, bird poop some places but none are as bad a skunk smell
